Catastrophic Assessments

These assessments are performed to evaluate permanent impairment by identifying the accident related diagnosis and engaging a team of medical professionals in performing either a file review or a multidisciplinary direct assessment based on the outlined criteria on OCF-19 submitted. These assessments are performed in accordance and compliance with the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS) and the American Medical Association Guidelines (AMA) to ensure an appropriate impairment rating determination.
